Shipping policy
1.1 Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all land transportation services within the European Union provided by [company name] (HONG KONG JOELONG CO., LIMITED).
1.2 Formation of Contract
The contract of carriage comes into force when the order is confirmed by the buyer in writing or by e-mail and the seller agrees. The seller arranges the shipping according to the order, and the delivery time and place are agreed upon by both parties.
1.3 Shipping Methods and Costs
The mode of transportation is chosen by the seller, and the cost is calculated according to the volume, weight, destination and other factors of the goods, and the seller provides a detailed description of the cost at the time of signing the contract. Any additional costs (such as tolls, customs duties, etc.) are borne by the buyer.
1.4 Delivery and Risk
The risk of the goods is borne by the seller before the goods are delivered to the place specified by the customer. The seller shall deliver the goods to the customer within the time agreed in the contract. In the event of a delay in delivery due to force majeure, the Seller shall promptly notify the Customer and take measures to reduce the loss.
1.5 Cargo Inspection
The customer shall inspect the goods upon receipt and report any damage, absence or non-conformity within 48 hours. If the customer does not raise an objection within this period, the goods are deemed to have been accepted.
1.6 Dispute Resolution
All disputes shall be submitted to the courts of the seller's domicile and shall be governed by EU law.
